Seats and devices

Licenses are sold per seat. Each seat activates a limited number of machines:

• Pro and Elite — up to 2 Macs per seat
• Basic — 1 iPad per seat

Browser sign-ins to this site or the coach portal never consume a seat.

Moving a seat

Deactivate the old machine and activate the new one; the seat frees up immediately. Do it from the Seats screen in the coach portal, or from the old Mac if you still have it.

A lost or replaced laptop therefore never permanently costs you a seat.

For a staff

Seats can be managed together under one organization, so an admin can move them between coaches as the season changes. For a whole program, get in touch.
