Delete your account

How to request it

Email us from the address on the account, or use the contact form from that address, and ask for deletion. We remove personal data within 30 days, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires plus a security log that contains no names or emails.

Your film is not ours to delete

Your projects, film, tags, and annotations live on your Mac, not on our servers. Deleting your account does not touch them — and equally, we cannot recover them for you. Back them up before you wipe a machine.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to us and we will honour it. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
