Finding your invoices

Invoices and receipts are under Billing in the coach portal, for whoever owns the subscription. Download them there for your program's accounting.

How payment is handled

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we store only the subscription state and invoice references Stripe gives us. Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

Currency

Our pricing page can display prices in several currencies as a convenience. Charges themselves are made in USD.

Something looks wrong

If a charge does not look right, contact us with the invoice reference and we will sort it out.
