Terms & Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to Maxmiize. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our professional macOS desktop application for basketball video analysis. Maxmiize enables coaches, analysts, and teams to capture, analyze, and present game footage with an interface designed specifically for basketball workflows. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Software Description
Maxmiize is a professional macOS desktop application that provides:
- Multi-angle video capture: record several cameras at once over HDMI, USB, or an iPhone used as a Continuity Camera, with synchronized playback.
- Basketball tagging: blueprint-driven event templates with customizable hotkeys for live and post-game tagging.
- Annotation tools: professional drawing tools including arrows, shapes, spotlight, and freehand telestration.
- Playlist management: build and organize playlists from tagged moments with filtering, trimming, and export.
- Presentation: film-room presentation mode with side-by-side angle comparison, external display support, and a built-in laser pointer.
Software License and Subscriptions
MAXMIIZE SPORTS GROUP LLC grants you a non-transferable, time-limited license to use the software. The software operates offline by default; license validation happens online.
- Plans: subscriptions are sold per seat in Pro (Desktop) and Elite (Desktop + AI) tiers, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. A Basic (iPad) tier will be introduced separately.
- Trial: new accounts may start a free 7-day trial inside the app — no payment method required.
- Seats and devices: each seat allows a limited number of activated Macs; seats can be moved between Macs by deactivating a device.
- License keys and activation codes must not be shared beyond the agreed scope.
- On expiration or cancellation, licensed features lock while your local data remains yours; the app never deletes your work.
- System requirements: macOS 12.0 (Monterey) or later, Apple Silicon or Intel, 8 GB RAM minimum.
