Activate your license

Signing in

Launch Maxmiize and sign in with the account you created on the website. That claims one seat for this Mac.

What uses a seat

Only desktop activations consume a seat. Signing in to this website or the coach portal in a browser never does, so you can check billing from any machine without cost.

Pro and Elite seats each cover up to 2 Macs — usually an office machine and a travel laptop.

Starting a trial instead

If you have not bought a seat yet, the app offers the 7-day free trial on first launch. It needs no payment method and unlocks Basic (iPad) or Pro (Desktop).

Working offline

License validation happens online, but it carries a grace window, so a gym with no signal is a normal working environment. Reconnect occasionally and the app revalidates by itself. See Does Maxmiize work offline?.
